President/Senior Integrity Consultant
Adam Maclean is a UK registered Chartered Engineer with over 25 years’ experience with a Master’s of Science Engineering degree. Expertise with Pipeline Integrity, Project Management, Quality Assurance, Engineering and Construction.
Considered a technical expert and lead in all Asset Integrity Management programs by establishing client requirements and design solutions. Skillful with project engineering and management, material and mechanical engineering, development and implementation of quality assurance programs, preparation of integrity programs for pipelines, piping and pressure equipment, risk assessment, construction and installation activities.
With his knowledge and experience Adam has emerged as a leader in the industry improving the quality of specifications and standards related to design, material and construction. Capably implementing Risk Based Inspections into integrity services has proven to be of value to clients, allowing for a cost effective alternative to traditional inspections and more reliable results. This program increases the probability of identifying potential hazards and damage and improves the integrity of facilities.
As a Senior Integrity Consultant, Adam values the importance of investing in professional development. New technologies and applications, as well as, codes and regulations are in a constant state of advancement which is why it is important to prioritize a continuous development strategy. Adam participates in management and quality courses, as well as, seminars addressing changes to pertinent codes and regulations.
Chief Inspector/Senior Integrity Consultant
Trevor Davies is a registered Professional Engineer in Alberta, British Columbia and Saskatchewan. With over 25 years’ experience in Integrity Engineering he has a strong established reputation in the industry.
Trevor’s triple certification of professional engineer, first class power engineer, and boiler inspector certification are unique in the industry. Working for Operators, Regulators and Consulting Engineers with experience in Integrity management for large scale construction projects. Shop and site experience for piping, boilers, pressure vessel and pipeline construction and repair.
Finance Manager with over 15 years’ of experience in accounting and finance. Graduated Haskayne’s School of Business with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) program. Expertise in analyzing data, performing audits and evaluating internal control procedures.
Health, Safety and Environment Manager
With over 23 years of Project Management experience at the field and office levels in the Oil and Gas and Construction industries. Lee is a graduate of the University of Calgary’s Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Management Program and is a Canadian Registered Safety Professional (CRSP) and Radiation Safety Officer (RSO).
HSE Manager with a talent for integrating the company’s HSE Management System with all divisions within the organization, including the Radiation Protection Program. A versatile problem-solver with a genuine interest in implementing and maintaining best practice health and safety standards for the company.
Engineering Manager / Integrity Engineer
With nearly 10 years’ experience as a Mechanical Engineer (all in Asset Integrity) in Suncor Oil Sands Upgraders and Chevron (now Parkland) Burnaby Refinery, Jeremy provides effective and fit-for-purpose Engineering solutions to each project. Jeremy leads the strategic development of Engineering Department, including:
– Hiring and mentoring top talent P.Eng (Professional Engineers), EIT (Engineers in Training), and Technical Support Staff.
– Creation and implementation of specialized tools and standards (ex. Design Calculations, MS Access Databases, FFS Modeling, RBI Analysis, etc.), and
– Integration of Engineering and Inspection/NDE services to provide clients the most value for their Asset Integrity needs.

Project Manager | Electrical and Instrumentation
Project Manager with over 10 years of experience in the oil and gas industry as Manager, Inspector and Consultant. Highly experienced in Electrical, Instrumentation, Installation and Design and Process Control Systems with advanced knowledge of all technical components.
Effectively manages complex projects with the ability to design a project from the planning stages to closing, with long-standing history of safe work practices. Project and Quality Coordinator
As the project and quality coordinator, Ashley designs systems and processes to make Vision Integrity’s organizational performance as effective as possible. Ashley is responsible for both the high-level functions of project and quality management, as well as, the day to day operations.
She also plays an integral role in the strategic direction of the quality processes. She oversees the development, implementation and maintenance of the company’s accredited ISO 9001 quality system.
